Akanshya is the main spokesperson for INFFA. She is an award-winning senior journalist with 10+ years of progressive experience in India and Nepal.

She is a columnist and is associated with leading public policy formuation think-tanks, with research interests in politics, foreign policy, environment, and conservation. A reguar contributor to national mainstream newspapers, she also teaches as a Master’s and Bachelor’s level communication lecturer. Additionally, she is the founder of the Himchuli Foundation for Art and Culture, India, a pioneering institute dedicated to promoting Nepali art, cinema, and culture.
